As we scale, we are seeking a visionary Head of Technology to lead our digital transformation and ensure our platforms power sustainable growth and operational excellence.

The Role

As Head of Technology, you will be both strategic and hands‑on—shaping our technology roadmap while leading the delivery of high‑impact projects such as a new CRM, centralised data infrastructure, and automation solutions. You’ll partner with senior leadership to align technology with business goals, ensuring every system enhances efficiency, resilience, and the client experience.

A key part of your role will be leading, mentoring, and developing a high‑performing technology team, embedding a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. You’ll also take ownership of major cross‑functional projects, ensuring they are well‑managed, delivered to deadline, and embedded successfully across the business.

Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

What We Offer
  • Holidays 25 days start – increases 1 day per year – ceiling of 30 days + bank holidays.
  • Pension is 3% Employer 5% employee.
  • Flexible working – core hours 10.00am – 4.00pm Office Hours 8.00am – 6.30pm – 40-hour week – 30 minutes for lunch unpaid.
  • WFH at discretion of manager (we do wish to have an office‑based appointment).
