• Experience with UK and offshore retailers, suppliers, or manufacturers.
• Experience in manufacturing zones across the supply chain.
• Proven track record in delivering quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Introduce new processes and technologies for quality and innovation.
• Write and update technical manuals for production guidelines.
• Organise supplier training with offshore production and QA teams.
• Develop and lead a high-performance global team.
• Deliver optimised product development processes.
• Operationalise new capabilities for fit accuracy and quality.
• Act as a subject matter expert for product quality metrics.
• Lead initiatives for fit consistency and speed to market.
• Establish compliance strategies for quality and safety.
• Lead technical and digital product creation teams.
