KM Packaging Services Ltd. is seeking a Head of Technical to set and drive the organisation’s technical vision. You will lead governance, product development, quality, and regulatory compliance to enable business growth and customer confidence.

In this senior role, you will shape the Technical Department, partner with Commercial and Procurement, and champion sustainability and continuous improvement across packaging operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the company’s technical strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and market developments.
• Provide technical counsel to executive leadership for planning, risk management, and long‑term growth.
• Set direction for the Technical Department, including governance, performance standards, and capability development.
• Maintain technical data, product specifications, and compliance records with rigorous governance.
• Oversee product development, validation, documentation, and cross‑functional approvals.
• Drive sustainability, cost optimisation, and process improvements across packaging operations.
• Lead supplier qualification, material changes, and technical performance management.
• Mentor and develop the Technical Team, ensuring accountability and cross‑functional collaboration.
