Job summary

Mploy is seeking an experienced Head of Technical in the Food and FMCG sector to lead our technical strategy, quality, compliance, innovation, and continuous improvement across the business. Based in Poole, you will guide the technical function, manage budgets and resources, and collaborate with customers, suppliers and regulators to uphold the highest standards.

You will drive sustainability, supplier approvals, risk management and performance management within a senior management context.

As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will provide strategic and operational leadership of the technical function, overseeing budgets, resources, technology adoption, product development, and manufacturing standards.
