About the Role
  • Lead, manage and grow an established family law team.
  • Deliver outstanding legal services and exceptional client care.
  • Support the team in achieving panel accreditation and continuous professional development.
  • Drive business development through networking and relationship building.
What They’re Looking For
  • 3+ years PQE in family law.
  • Strong experience in Care Proceedings and PLO matters.
  • Divorce and financial remedy cases.
  • Private Law Children.
  • Domestic Abuse, Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders.
  • General family matters, including cohabitation disputes.
  • Experience of managing a team (or readiness to step into a leadership role).
  • Understanding of Legal Aid work and ability to undertake and generate private paying work.
  • A proactive approach to business development and networking.
