Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience with S&OP, IBP, MRP, and related planning processes.
• 3-5 years' experience designing, improving, and implementing planning processes.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the food industry, preferably in Animal Protein.

Responsibilities

• Lead IBP, S&OP, and S&OE processes for the assigned Category or BU.
• Develop and present strategic, budget, and operational planning scenarios.
• Collaborate with Finance and Commercial teams for accurate forecasting.
