I’m supporting a high-growth, mission-led personal care brand as they expand rapidly across the UK & EMEA. This is a business scaling fast across retail, digital and international markets - and they’re now hiring a strategic yet hands‑on Head of Operations & Supply Chain to build a supply platform that supports the next phase of growth.

This person will own the UK/EMEA operations and supply chain roadmap - driving cost efficiencies, improving supply resilience, and delivering truly world‑class execution across DTC, retail, and distributor channels.

• Create and execute a scalable supply chain strategy for UK/Europe
• Lead vendor and 3PL optimisation to deliver meaningful COGS savings
• Build a best‑in‑class S&OP cadence, integrating demand & supply planning
• Oversee warehouse and logistics operations across multiple countries
• Support retail growth with major grocers, drugstores & marketplaces
• Lead supply chain input across new market launches
• Build and mentor a high‑performing supply, planning & customer ops team

What they’re looking for:

• ✅ 10+ years in supply chain leadership across FMCG / consumer goods / personal care
• ✅ Strong track record working with major UK retailers (boots, grocers, omnichannel)
• ✅ Amazon expertise + understanding of DTC and retail supply ops
• ✅ Proven success managing 3PLs & multi‑warehouse networks
• ✅ Strong Excel — comfortable operating without full planning system support
• ✅ EDI feeds + retail ERP / OMS/ WMS exposure (Cin7 a plus)
• ✅ Experience across multiple EU markets ideal (France, NL, DACH, Nordics)
