We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Supply Chain to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations. In this pivotal role, you'll shape and execute supply chain strategy, drive operational excellence, and ensure customer satisfaction across global markets.

Key responsibilities

To build the picture a little more, key areas of responsibility include:

• Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain and procurement team
• Oversee procurement, planning, inventory, and supplier performance
• Negotiate with OEMs and suppliers to secure quality and value
• Implement process improvements and ERP integration
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage risk and ensure supply chain resilience

About You

You're a strategic thinker with a proven track record in leading supply chain functions. You bring a strong external outlook, a passion for excellence, and the ability to influence and drive change across the business.

• Proven leadership and team development experience.
• Expertise in MRP, PFEP, strategic sourcing, and supplier cost management.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain principles.
• Proficiency in supplier contract management and dispute resolution.
• Familiarity with lean tools (Kanban, VSM, 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Financial acumen and results-oriented mindset.
