Job summary

A leading charity for spinal cord injuries is seeking a Head of Strategy and Operations to join their Senior Leadership Team. This role is pivotal for ensuring the charity is efficient, resilient, and future-focused. The successful candidate will work with the Chief Executive and senior colleagues to deliver the organization's strategy, oversee operations, and champion innovation including the use of AI and technology. The position allows for a hybrid working model between the London office and home.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategic leadership within a non-profit or charitable organization.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and organizational development.
• Ability to manage cross-departmental collaboration and innovation.

Responsibilities

Location : Hybrid – London office and home
