Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include experience in high-performance environments and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking abilities.
• Excellent executive communication, capable of synthesizing complex topics clearly.
• Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with ownership.
• Strong stakeholder management across seniority levels and functions.
• High degree of commercial judgment and operational pragmatism.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• This role is part of the CEO Office and works with Airwallex's leadership on high-priority initiatives shaping the company's global direction.
• Operate across strategy and execution: frame problems, drive alignment, and move initiatives from idea to outcome.
• Projects may include scaling products and markets globally, international expansion, regulatory and banking infrastructure, org design, and GTM execution.
• You will regularly collaborate with senior leaders across product, engineering, finance, commercial, legal, operations and regional teams.
