Job summary

Isle of Man Government is seeking a Head of Strategy, Planning and Campaigns (Government Communications) to lead a modern, digital-first, data-driven communications function. You will translate priorities into clear campaigns, guide strategic planning, and advise Ministers and departments at the highest level.

You will also drive brand strategy, internal comms, and evidence-based improvements to strengthen public understanding and engagement across the Island.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a modern, digital-first and data-driven communications approach across the Isle of Man Government.
• Turn government priorities into clear communication and campaign plans; oversee strategic planning and performance.
• Provide senior advice to Ministers, leaders and departments.
• Lead brand strategy, internal communications, campaign prioritisation and evidence-based improvements.
