Wolverhampton Wanderers F.C. Academy is seeking a Head of South Academy Recruitment to identify and recruit players from U13 to U21. The role will involve regional recruitment with scope for national and international travel to fixtures across the region and beyond.

The successful candidate will oversee identification, organisation and recruitment of players meeting the standard to progress within the Development Programme, ensuring alignment with the Academy’s long-term development strategy.

• Home based with Regional & National Travel

A rare opportunity has arisen to join Wolverhampton Wanderers as Head of South Academy Recruitment.

Your role will focus on identifying and recruiting players across theU13 – U21 age groups. You will predominately cover fixtures across their region with scope to travel nationally and internationally when appropriate.

You will also be responsible for the identification, organisation and recruitment of players that are of the required standard to progress within the Development Programme of Wolverhampton Wanderers F.C. Academy.

This is a full-time role with flexible working hours required (evenings and weekends and you will be predominately home based with regional and national travel.
