Ricards Lodge High School has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and inspirational leader who has experience in teaching Sociology AQA A-Level. The successful applicant will have experience in teaching Sociology in a post‑16 setting. Applications are welcomed from those seeking a full‑time role as well as from those seeking part‑time or flexible work patterns. Applicants should indicate this clearly when applying.

The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to accept new ideas and a thorough commitment to student learning with evidence of a high degree of subject specialism and professional development, as well as a flexible and adaptable attitude to meet the needs of the school. We want to recruit staff with the vision and determination to ensure all our students receive a first‑class education, and who will rise to the challenge of building on success. Willingness to teach across the social sciences will be an advantage and could include Religious Studies, Philosophy and PSHE.
