RMS for Girls, a leading independent school set within a stunning 300-acre parkland estate in Hertfordshire, is seeking a dynamic school leader to join us as Head of Sixth Form in September 2026. We are seeking a school leader with integrity, a collaborative style and strong leadership skills. In this pivotal role, you will take overall responsibility for the pastoral care, academic progress and personal growth of 200 students in Years 12 and 13 (Hind House), and you will strategically drive the development of our signature RMS Edge and ‘Futures’ programmes, ensuring our students are equipped with essential life skills so they can truly thrive as individuals.
