Job summary

The Eikon Charity is recruiting a Head of Services to provide strategic and operational leadership for services for children, young people and families. You will assure safety, quality and impact, with robust governance, data, and reporting to the Senior Leadership Team and funders.

You will shape future service strategy, support team development, and manage key external partnerships to secure sustainable outcomes for vulnerable groups in the community.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of services for children, young people and families.
• Experience delivering high-quality services with safeguarding at the core.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for CYPF services.
• Oversee safeguarding, quality, data, impact and reporting to SLT and trustees.
• Develop and implement future service strategy in collaboration with the Income Generation Team.
• Manage senior external stakeholder relationships to influence priorities.
• Foster a high-performing, values-driven organisational culture.
