A leading software solutions provider in the UK is seeking a Head of Service Operations to enhance their service ecosystem. This role involves team leadership, managing client relationships, and overseeing project financials. You will implement operational policies and strategies to ensure quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in technology operations, a strong background in risk management, and excellent communication skills. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence in Solihull once a week.

As our Head of Service Operations you will take our service ecosystem to the next level—ensuring our service delivery aligns to customer expectation, provides outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint and meets contractual obligations.
