Hampshire County Council is seeking a Head of Service for Hampshire Educational Psychology to provide strategic and operational leadership for a large multidisciplinary team. You will oversee a £6.5 million budget and drive innovations that improve inclusion and outcomes for children and young people with SEND across Hampshire.

Qualifikationen

• Honours Degree in Psychology recognised by the BPS, plus HCPC registration.
• Postgraduate qualification in Educational Psychology (Doctorate, MSc or equivalent).
• Significant experience as a practising Educational Psychologist.
• Senior leadership experience within educational psychology or multidisciplinary services.
• Proven track record of large-scale transformation and service improvement.
• Experience developing strategic partnerships and influencing policy across education, health and social care.
• Experience managing substantial budgets and resources.
• Strong communication, influencing and strategic leadership skills.
• Commitment to inclusion, innovation and continuous improvement.
