Job Title: Head of Service Contracts

The role

As a Head of Service Contracts, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will have the exciting opportunity to lead and oversee the full spectrum of service contract delivery across TLES, driving compliance, operational performance, and continuous innovation.

Day-to-day, you’ll have the following responsibilities:

  • Manage all operations enabling service contracts, including FM, MHE, PPE, workwear, soft services and waste management ensuring full compliance with legal, financial and commercial standards through robust monthly, quarterly and annual reviews
  • Develop and implement a transition strategy to a ‘Vested’ outsourcing model aligned with ISO 44001 for all contracts
  • Oversee delivery of investment and fixed cost objectives through strong governance and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with the transformation team to drive modernisation initiatives across operations.

This role is full time working 37 hours per week. National travel is required for this role, with flexibility for some remote working. Regular monthly visits to London and Andover are also expected.

Essential experience of the Head of Service Contracts:

Strong financial and commercial acumen

Proven ability to manage complex contracts and challenging customer relationships

Solid background in Facilities Management operations and strategy.

Qualifications for the Head of Service Contracts:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent qualification)
