A leading engineering services firm in the UK seeks a Head of Service Contracts to lead service contract delivery and ensure compliance. As a Head of Service Contracts, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will have the exciting opportunity to lead and oversee the full spectrum of service contract delivery across TLES, driving compliance, operational performance, and continuous innovation.
Day-to-day, you’ll have the following responsibilities:
This role is full time working 37 hours per week. National travel is required for this role, with flexibility for some remote working. Regular monthly visits to London and Andover are also expected.
Strong financial and commercial acumen
Proven ability to manage complex contracts and challenging customer relationships
Solid background in Facilities Management operations and strategy.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent qualification)
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
