Job Title: Head of Security

Location: London (Hybrid Working)

Industry: Insurance – London Market (Candidates without London Market experience will not progress.)

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Head of Security to lead and enhance the organisation’s security posture across all operations. This is a senior leadership role requiring deep expertise in London Market insurance, with a strong preference for candidates from a Broker background.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive security strategy aligned with business objectives
Ensure robust protection of data, systems, and infrastructure across the enterprise
Oversee regulatory compliance, risk management, and incident response
Engage with executive and board-level stakeholders to embed a culture of security
Build and manage a high-performing security and cyber risk team

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in leading enterprise-level security functions
