Job summary

Penny Field School, part of Wellspring Academy Trust, is seeking an inspiring Head of School to join the Senior Management Team. You will shape the strategic vision, drive curriculum excellence and foster a positive, safe, high-achieving culture across the academy.

As Head of School you will manage day-to-day leadership, translate national and local visions into strategic plans that improve pupil progress, support staff development and embed robust safeguarding practices.

Qualifications

• An experienced leader, innovator and practitioner capable of sustaining expert teaching to meet diverse needs.
• Passionate about a broad and balanced curriculum providing a structured, personalised entitlement.
• Ability to lead day-to-day with support from the executive team, fostering understanding, cooperation and respect.

Responsibilities
