Appleton Academy in Bradford invites an exceptional leader to become Head of School (Primary). Working with the Executive Headteacher and Trust leaders, you will shape the primary phase and set the strategic direction.

You will champion outstanding teaching, lead a talented staff, foster a culture where pupils thrive, and ensure safeguarding, inclusion and wellbeing are at the heart of every decision. The role offers strong professional development within Exceed Academies Trust.

The Opportunity

As Head of School (Primary), you will work closely with the Executive Headteacher, Head of School (Secondary) and other Trust leaders to provide strategic and operational leadership for the primary phase.
