Job summary

Kisharon Noé School is seeking a committed Head of School to lead our specialist SEND setting, guiding inclusive learning and a journeys-based curriculum. You will work with the Director of Education and trustees to shape a shared vision and ensure safeguarding, wellbeing and high-quality provision across the school.

You will lead staff, develop partnerships with parents and the wider community, and model integrity and resilience while driving strategic planning and a strong ethos in line with

Qualifications

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status.
• Experience of managing pupil transitions to new settings.
• Provide vision, leadership and direction.
• Ensure safeguarding leadership and DBS procedures are in place.
• Develop the school ethos and strategic plans aligned with values.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across the whole school curriculum and oversee delivery of high-quality, inclusive learning.
• Work with the Director of Education and trustees to create a shared vision and strategic plan for the school.
• Model professional integrity, resilience and clear communication.
• Develop positive relationships with pupils, parents, staff and the wider community.
• Ensure safeguarding systems are effective and continuously improved.
