Warwickshire College Group seeks a Head of School for Academic & Professional Studies to provide strategic leadership across the School. You will shape curriculum, oversee delivery, monitor outcomes, and manage finances and staff development to meet ambitious KPIs.

You will drive employer engagement, quality assurance, and ongoing improvement, ensuring alignment with the college's goals and enabling excellence in education across sites.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management experience at senior level.
• Curriculum development and quality assurance knowledge.
• Strong data use to improve outcomes and KPIs.
• Financial management and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the School of Academic & Professional Studies.
• Oversee curriculum development, delivery and quality standards.
• Ensure student outcomes meet/exceed benchmarks.
• Manage finances, staff development and external engagement.
• Lead employer engagement and partnerships.
• Manage resources and budget allocation.
• Develop staff and drive innovation within the school.
• Lead development and continuous improvement initiatives.
