To help fuel that growth, we need a Head of Sales to join our Management team in the UK and play a crucial role in our ambitious growth plans.
Reporting directly to the UK Country Manager, the new Head of Sales will be responsible for the performance of our ancillary products and of our pay-monthly proposition, as well as manage relationships with our main distribution partners.
You’ll combine strategic thinking with highly effective execution to select and implement initiatives to bring the most value to Prima and our customers.
You’ll work closely with our UK Head of Pricing & Underwriting, our Product and Technology teams, other functions and key external partners to improve existing products and launch new ones.
