We’re looking for a Head of Sales to Cash to join the Sales to Cash (S2C) team within our wider Co‑op Business Services (CBS) organisation. CBS is made up of a number of diverse teams dedicated to delivering high‑quality, reliable and cost‑effective business services across our Co‑op. You’ll play a key role in helping CBS to support and realise our group vision of ‘co‑operating to build more value for member‑owners every day’.
As our Head of Sales to Cash, you’ll be responsible for optimising how we manage our working capital, focusing particularly on cash flow and trade debtors. You’ll lead the effort to drive consistency across areas like billing and collections, cash application, reporting, and bank reconciliations, as well as leading the full S2C process, guiding both the strategy and day‑to‑day operations. This is a fast‑paced area of the business, and a great opportunity for you to lead implementation and embedding of new systems and processes for our S2C team, while promoting a culture of learning, open communication, and collaboration.
