A successful Head of Sales should have:
- Proven experience in sales leadership within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
- Analytical skills to evaluate market trends and business opportunities.
- Proficiency in managing budgets and resources effectively
- The ability to travel frequently across UK and occasionally go into neighbouring countries
