We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Sales Professional to lead new business development within the UK Energy & Utilities sector. This is a strategic, high-impact role ideal for a results-oriented sales leader who thrives on identifying and closing complex opportunities across professional services and technology solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Drive new business growth by identifying, pursuing, and winning high-value clients ("new logos") within the UK Energy & Utilities sector
  • Sell Expleo's professional services and technology solutions, tailoring offerings to meet client needs and market demands
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand Expleo's footprint and brand presence across the vertical
  • Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets, continuously monitoring performance and supporting team success
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, including engagement with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to design and deliver innovative service lines and bundled solutions that drive client value
  • Coordinate with other regions to grow Expleo's presence across multi-national portfolios and strategic accounts
  • Represent Expleo externally, acting as a key spokesperson and maintaining a strong personal brand within the Energy & Utilities sector
Essential skills
