Our ressalt, dynamic, growing FMCG organisation, is working with us exclusively to source a strategic yet hands‑on Head of Sales and Marketing to lead its dedicated team. This is a pivotal role where you will own the commercial agenda, drive growth and shape strategy in a fast‑paced environment.

Following a substantial and highly successful tenure, the current Head of Sales and Marketing is moving on, creating a rare opportunity for a proven leader to step into a complex and rewarding role with significant influence.

Lead, Execute, Transform

This is not a back‑seat strategic role. You will be at the sharp end, combining leadership with execution to deliver results.

We are seeking a candidate who can lead and motivate,)e providing extensive line management, coaching and motivation to a high‑performing team across Sales and Marketing.

You will Substance full P&L responsibility for your channels, devising and executing plans that drive sustainable growth. You will be a natural problem solver with the ability to adopt a "sleeve‑up" mentalitytoire challenges, improve processes and remove barriers.

Fully shaping the strategy in this agile setting, you will have a direct voice in developing commercial and category strategy, with the freedom to implement change.

Managing and growing critical partnerships with major UK retail accounts will be a huge part of this role, as will building key relationships.

We are looking for resilience, energy and a proven track record within FMCG.

Our ideal candidate will have:
