Our work spans the entire lifecycle of a brand, including brand DNA development, material sourcing, creative direction, wholesale representation, digital presence, and post‑market analytics. We create bespoke strategies for each client, ensuring sustainable growth across boutique, e‑commerce, and wholesale channels. Role Description

The Head of Sales will be responsible for overseeing and developing the sales team, managing key accounts, analysing sales data, creating sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven person to join our global team, with a primary focus on developing wholesale relationships and managing accounts across Europe. The role will strengthen relationships with existing retailers, drive new business opportunities, and ensure smooth operational processes for these key markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow wholesale accounts across Europe.
  • Build strong relationships with key retailers, acting as the main point of contact for buyers.
  • Present seasonal collections, negotiate terms, and close sales with buyers.
  • Ensure accurate processing of orders using integrated systems (e.g., SPY system, Joor and other B2B platforms), checking purchase orders against confirmations.
  • Support operational processes including booking‑in, deliveries, returns, and claims management.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to inform brand and sales strategies.
  • Contribute to planning and preparation for fashion weeks (London, Paris, New York), including showroom set‑up, sales appointments, and client engagement.
  • Lead the sales team while collaborating with the wider team on pricing, collections, seasonal targets, budgets, and sample requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience in wholesale, account management, or sales within the fashion industry.
  • Established buyer and retail network in Europe (premium RTW / resort preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Highly organised, numerate, and confident managing sales data and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Personable, professional, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits and international fashion weeks, including but not limited to NYC, Paris, Dubai, Colombia.
