A growing food brand in Swindon is seeking a Head of Sales to lead the sales strategy, manage key relationships, and drive growth across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in a food or drink FMCG business and a strong track record with UK retailers. As we now enter this exciting new chapter of growth, we are looking for a passionate, experienced and driven Head of Sales to join our hands‑on team, and help take the business to the next level.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you’ll lead the commercial agenda across all customer channels. You’ll manage key retail and wholesale relationships, drive new business, and build a high‑performing sales function capable of delivering strong, sustainable growth.
