Our award‑winning products are all beautifully presented in recyclable cans and are enjoyed across the UK — available through all major retailers, independents, and wholesalers.But we’re not stopping there - we are expanding into export markets around the world, with huge potential.

As we now enter this exciting new chapter of growth, we are looking for a passionate, experienced and driven Head of Sales to join our hands‑on team, and help take the business to the next level.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you’ll lead the commercial agenda across all customer channels. You’ll manage key retail and wholesale relationships, drive new business, and build a high‑performing sales function capable of delivering strong, sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead all sales activity across UK grocery multiples, wholesale, and independent retail.
  • Own and deliver the sales strategy, driving top- and bottom‑line growth.
  • Manage and develop a small but growing sales team.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with retail buyers, negotiating JBPs, promotional plans, and trading terms.
  • Partner with marketing, NPD, and operations to deliver category‑leading innovation and account plans.
  • Drive growth through new category expansion as well as current categories.
  • Identify and secure new routes to market in the UK and internationally.
  • Track performance, forecast accurately, and report on key sales metrics.
About You
  • You’ll have a genuine passion for food and enjoy an entrepreneurial mindset. We have huge potential as a company and brand, and we want you to be a part of realising this potential.
  • You must have proven experience in a sales leadership role within a small to medium‑sized FMCG food or drink business.
  • You’ll have a strong track record of working closely with UK grocery retailers (e.g. Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Asda, Morrisons, Co‑op).
  • As a confident negotiator, you’ll also be a great relationship builder with strong commercial acumen.
  • We’re a small team and so we need a strategic thinker who’s equally comfortable being hands‑on. No ‘ivory towers’ here.
  • We’re based in Swindon and so you’ll need to be within a commutable distance. We do offer hybrid working flexibility.
