A leading education company in the UK is seeking a Head of Sales to lead and scale multiple sales teams. This senior role involves managing annual revenues of £6M–£10M+, building new teams, and working closely with the CEO on commercial strategies. In 2026, we open the 20,000 sq. ft. Trade Mastermind University Headquarters the first dedicated university for trades with a 300-person event arena, a high-end podcast studio, and Cambridgeshire's first business with a rooftop bar.
We are now hiring a high-performance Head of Sales to lead, grow, and structure the entire B2B sales department as the company scales from £10M to £100M+.
This is a true senior commercial leadership role.
You will take ownership of multiple existing sales teams, and you will also be responsible for building new teams from scratch, including hiring BDMs, setting KPIs, installing sales systems, and developing Sales Managers who will eventually run those teams beneath you.

This is not a single-team Sales Manager role this is Head of Sales, with full departmental responsibility.
Note : You will manage multiple pods, plus build new ones.
4 sales per BDM × £18,000 AOV = £72,000 revenue per rep per month
4 reps = £288,000 per month
Equivalent to an annual team target of £3.45 million+
Your total remit will exceed this as new teams are added underneath you.
