Join a dynamic company specializing in innovative solutions for the plastic extrusion manufacturing industry. With a strong presence in the UK and ambitious plans for growth, we are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to drive our UK sales strategy and build our client base from the ground up.

Responsibilities - Head of Sales
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in the UK plastics sector.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying, sourcing, and engaging new clients from scratch.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring high conversion rates.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners in the plastic extrusion sector.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
