  • Build what scales: Hire and coach a high-performing team; create repeatable sales motions, playbooks, and pipeline discipline.
  • Lead with ownership: Take full responsibility for revenue operations, forecasting, and performance.
  • Expand our reach: Act as an evangelist with customers, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Early-stage operator: Success building sales foundations in Series A–B environments.
  • Enterprise closer: 7+ years AI/Deep Tech/SaaS (bonus: Consumer Packaged Goods sector) with multi-year.
  • Product-literate seller: Translate complex tech into business impact; influence product direction.
  • Builder & leader: Proven quota ownership, repeatable sales motions, and team-building track record.
  • Commercial architect: Experience with pricing, partnerships, and deal structures that scale.
  • Trusted partner: Strong record building senior relationships and expanding accounts.
How you work
  • People-first leader who builds trust and clarity.
  • Collaborative operator across founders, product, marketing, CS.
