A leading financial technology firm in London is seeking a Director to lead the development of its global reward strategy. Responsibilities include overseeing benefits provision, managing payroll across jurisdictions, and preparing Remuneration Committee submissions. The ideal candidate has director-level experience and a strong background in compensation frameworks and incentive design.
Lead the development and execution of the global reward strategy including compensation frameworks incentive design and compensation review cycles.
Oversee global benefits provision ensuring competitive compliant and locally tailored offerings across multiple countries.
Own Remuneration Committee (RemCo) preparation and governance including executive reward proposals.
Manage third-party payroll across multiple jurisdictions ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery.
Lead implementation of compensation planning module in HR platform (Dayforce) and migration of annual compensation review process from current compensation planning tool (Payscale) onto Dayforce.
Lead and manage approach to market compensation benchmarking internal pay scales etc.
Accountability for ongoing regulatory requirements for managing compensation for employees in Sweden in collaboration with the Compliance team.
Coach and develop a small team of reward professionals while partnering with senior stakeholders across the business.
