A leading housing organization in Liverpool seeks a knowledgeable individual to lead rent and service charge activities. In this role, you will manage a team to ensure compliance and deliver effective services. The ideal candidate has significant relevant experience and excellent interpersonal skills. The purpose of this role is to lead on all rent and service charge activity across the group ensuring a proactive legally compliant and customer centric approach is delivered at all times.
Day to day you will manage the Rent and Service Charges Team to ensure a customer centric legally compliant and effective service is delivered at all times whilst providing effective rent and service charge support advice and information to all relevant budget holders, managers and staff across the Group.
