This role runs the most critical engine inside Steven.com: talent.
We are building one of the most ambitious creator‑entrepreneur ecosystems in the world and success will come down to finding and empowering exceptional people. The Talent Lead is responsible for identifying, attracting, and closing A‑players across our core team, our creators, and our incubated ventures.
You will not only recruit directly for Steven.com, but also help our portfolio companies and creators scale their own teams – turning our natural strength in people and recruitment into a full‑blown competitive advantage and a repeatable talent engine.
This role is for someone who understands that recruitment is both marketing and matchmaking – a blend of human intuition and systemised precision. You’ll combine storytelling, data, and technology to build a modern, AI‑enabled, and community‑powered talent function that’s as innovative as the companies we build.

Location: office based in London with some USA travel likely. Recruitment knowledge of USA a plus.
