Location: North West | Office based | Hours: 35 per week | Salary: Negotiable (plus uncapped OTE, equity & excellent benefits)

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial self-starter with senior-level recruitment experience to lead the development and delivery of a sector-leading search

and selection service within a trusted national social care brand.

You will be required to:

ØDeliver the strategic vision for our recruitment agency

ØReview and refine our current systems and process

ØLead candidate sourcing and selection across the social care sector

ØBuild and manage client relationships, identifying new business opportunities

ØTake full P&L responsibility and report against KPIs and business objectives

ØDrive the delivery of recruitment outcomes in line with a clear growth plan

  • Negotiation & Influencing - Strong skills in negotiating contracts, fees, and influencing both clients and candidates.
  • Compliance & Governance Awareness - Understanding of relevant employment laws, safeguarding, and data protection regulations in recruitment.
