  • Monitoring performance, ensuring high standards of work and customer service.
  • Managing emergency call-outs and prioritising urgent repairs efficiently.

The Role :

Hill McGlynn is working in partnership with a well-established subcontractor to recruit an experienced Reactive Maintenance Operations Manager / Head of Maintenance on a permanent basis. This is a key leadership role focused on delivering fast-paced, reactive maintenance services across both domestic and commercial properties throughout London.

IMPORTANT: Must have experience managing a maintenance team across multiple sites to a level of 200 - 500 call outs per week.
