A reputable care organisation in the UK is seeking a dynamic Head of Quality, Regulation & Estates Compliance to lead quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive Quality Assurance experience in the care sector and an understanding of CQC regulations. Our client, a reputable care organisation, would like to recruit a dynamic Head of Quality, Regulation & Estates Compliance to join their dedicated team. With multiple homes currently and plans for expansion, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact.
Head of Quality, Regulation & Estates Compliance
Primarily based in Kent or East Sussex. The role requires three days a week on-site and two days working from home.
£65,000 – £75,000 + electric company car (valued at £7,000)
