A high‑growth mission‑driven cybersecurity scale‑up is looking for a Head of QA to elevate quality from a process to a culture, embedding automation consistency and collaboration across all products and teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the QA transformation strategy across web, desktop and mobile security products
• Embed automation‑first principles into the secure development lifecycle
• Build scalable frameworks and test architectures for complex multi‑platform environments
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to improve reliability, visibility and release confidence
• Define and track key quality metrics including automation coverage, defect escape rate and release stability
• Coach and scale a high‑performing QA team while fostering a culture of shared quality ownership
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration across Engineering, Product and Security teams
• Champion modern tooling, continuous improvement and data‑led decision‑making to reduce risk and accelerate delivery

What You Bring

• Proven leadership in QA within high‑growth or cybersecurity‑focused environments
• Strong hands‑on expertise in automation framework design, CI/CD integration and test reliability
• Advanced programming experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python
• Experience leading QA across multi‑platform stacks (web, desktop, mobile)
• Track record of mentoring and scaling QA teams while embedding a culture of ownership and accountability
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance speed, risk and user trust
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Familiarity with performance testing, observability and modern QA tooling
