Job summary

The London Borough of Merton is seeking a strategic leader for Head of Property, Strategy and Estates. You will steward a £150m property portfolio for the borough and shape long-term plans.

Reporting to executive leaders, you will develop the strategic asset review, embed a Corporate Landlord Model and drive acquisitions, disposals, and sensitive negotiations while providing valuations for the Housing Revenue Account business plan.
