The Role: Head of Property

Location: London Base – Nationwide Coverage + Travel
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000pa + Package

Our client is renowned for establishing networks of branded / QSR restaurants across the UK and internationally, both through direct ownership and franchise agreements. As they embark on a new phase of growth and development, we are supporting the search for an experienced and energetic Head of Property to join the senior leadership team. This is a truly 360 role and a very exciting opportunity!

This Head of Property role will head up the property function across acquisitions, rent reviews, new openings, maintenance, refurbishment, facilities management, and compliance, and oversee the CAPEX budget.

The incoming candidate will review opportunities thoroughly from start to finish and be a key decision maker on where investment is made. The Group is also growing in the USA, so any real estate market knowledge there would be a bonus. This role offers incredible personal growth opportunities, progress, and longevity.

The Head of Property will take a strategic approach, bring structure to the property function, and be capable of setting short, medium, and long-term goals. Ideally, they will have a strong network of reliable contractors and a successful track record within a multi-site, fast-paced business such as restaurants, retail, or leisure.
