A reputable Housing, Care & Support provider in Birmingham is looking for a Head of Property on an interim basis. This role requires being on-site three days a week, focusing on leading the repairs and maintenance service to ensure high-quality standards and compliance. The ideal candidate should have proven leadership experience, strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, and excellent stakeholder management skills, ensuring the delivery of critical services effectively.

To lead and manage the organisation’s repairs and maintenance service, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective, and compliant delivery that prioritises resident safety, satisfaction, and organisational performance. The role will drive operational excellence, embed a performance-led culture, and maintain robust compliance with regulatory standards
