Our client is a successful Lettings Agency based in Hemel Hempstead. They require a Head of Property Management to oversee the company’s residential property portfolio and manage a team of property managers and administrative support staff.

  • You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the department, maintaining compliance and delivering high standards of service to both landlords and tenants.
  • This role requires a strong leader who can remain calm under pressure, provide direction to the team to ensure effective workflow management and delivery within service levels to all clients.
  • The role will require someone who enjoys providing training and guidance to their team.
  • It may also present an excellent opportunity for an experienced property manager who feels they are ready to lead a team and can demonstrate this through proven skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and support the property management team, providing training and development opportunities.
  • Develop reporting and visibility of workloads to inform senior management and allocate workloads effectively, ensuring high levels of service are maintained across the portfolio.
