Job summary

You will lead a team of around 15 Project Managers, Engineers, and apprentices, delivering mechanical and electrical projects up to £3.5 million. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CDM regulations, experience in managing budgets, and hold a relevant engineering qualification. This role demands a commitment to customer focus and team development.

Qualifications

• Live within 1 hour commuting to the head office in Dartford.
• Experience delivering mechanical and electrical projects of up to £3.5 million.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the projects team effectively.
• Deliver projects of up to £3.5 million.
• Manage financials including WIPs, profitability and budgets.
• Ensure customer focus and maintain relationships with clients.
• Assist in business development.

Skills

Mechanically biased

Understanding of CDM regulations

5 years experience in similar role

Full UK driving licence

Access to a vehicle

Education

Qualification in mechanical, electrical or air conditioning engineering
