A leading manufacturer in the UK is seeking a Head of Projects to lead their projects team and manage PMO activities for multiple projects. The right candidate will have extensive experience in project management and leading teams, with a hands-on approach to building departmental processes. This organisation has a fantastic reputation and is currently experiencing a growth trajectory with an extremely strong order book. As a result of this they are now looking to recruit a Head of Projects (PMO). This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proven and now looking to progress and develop their career further.
As a Head of Projects, you will take full responsibility for leading the projects team, from order handover through to final instillation and client handover.
Currently a Senior Project Manager, Project Office Manager or Head of Projects, you will have the experience and ability to mentor and implementing process and system improvements. Have experience leading a multi-disciplined team. You will be a self-starter and have a very hands‑on approach from a key person who will help build the department and the processes within it. You will be familiar with building and developing internal and external relationships and be an advocate for both the company and the customer.
