A children’s activity provider in Spalding is seeking a Head of Programme to lead holiday camp activities for children aged 5-16 years. You will ensure a safe and engaging environment, overseeing various fun activities while maintaining high standards of safeguarding. Flexibility in working hours and the ability to guide instructors will be key to success in this role. A passion for child development and teamwork is essential.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can work within a supportive growing team during the school holiday periods, supporting our Holiday, Activities and Food programme, funded by the Department of Education.
As Head of Programme you will lead the holiday camp and activities for children aged 5‑16 years, with assistance from onsite instructors. Activities follow a modular daily plan provided in advance of the holiday programme start date, with each activity aligned to one of the following pillars.
Working days are flexible; we typically operate a 4‑day working week from 4‑5 hours per day.*
