Description

• Lead and inspire a team of PSLs, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
• Drive innovation in legal content: blogs, newsletters, press releases, and digital campaigns
• Deliver engaging training to clients and colleagues on legal developments
• Champion technology and automation in precedent and knowledge systems
• Ensure lawyers are up to date with legislation, best practices, and market trends
• Support onboarding and induction of new joiners
• Collaborate across teams to enhance knowledge delivery and client service

Profile

About You

• Qualified solicitor with significant experience in employment law (immigration experience a plus)
• Proven leadership experience in a PSL role or equivalent senior legal position
• Strong written communication skills and a flair for engaging legal content
• Commercially aware and confident working with senior stakeholders
• Comfortable with legal tech and automation tools
• Approachable, collaborative, and proactive in driving change
