A leading game development studio in the UK is seeking a Senior Director of Product to drive the product business strategy for their upcoming Shooters project. This role involves leading a team of Product Managers, defining the product roadmap, and ensuring an outstanding gameplay experience through collaboration with various teams. Candidates should have extensive product management experience in the gaming industry, particularly with RPG/ARPG titles, and possess a strong understanding of free-to-play mechanisms.

We embrace a hybrid work environment. Within this role, you would work 2 days per week in our London office and the remaining days at home.
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Director of Product to join our studio and to drive the product business strategy for our next exciting Shooters project.
You will use a combination of excellent analytical abilities, mobile free to play expertise, business acumen, and critical thinking to build and evolve immersive experiences to keep players engaged.
You will have a proven track record of owning and delivering experiences to players that raise the bar from an innovation, usability, and design perspective.
