Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Prioritisation

  • Lead the development and execution of the product marketing plan, aligned to sales priorities and fund tiering.
  • Focus resources on high-demand, commercially critical funds to deliver maximum impact where the business sees the greatest opportunity.
  • Collaborate with distribution leads to adapt priorities dynamically as client and market needs evolve.

2. Product Positioning, Messaging & Content Production

  • Define clear, differentiated positioning for funds and investment strategies across all asset classes.
  • Oversee the production of high-quality product marketing content across formats, including:
    • Product collateral
    • Digital content
    • Thought leadership integration
  • Ensure content is consistent, compliant, and adaptable across multiple client touchpoints.
  • Work with the team to elevate storytelling, translating complex investment concepts into engaging, client-centric narratives.

3. Digital Integration & Sales Enablement

  • Drive integration of digital marketing capabilities within the product marketing strategy.
  • Partner with channel marketing to activate product positioning seamlessly across campaigns, digital channels, and automation journeys.

4. Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of product marketers, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Set clear priorities, manage capacity, and ensure the team is focused on business-critical content and deliverables.
  • Build capability in the team to write for different mediums, ensuring versatility in storytelling — from detailed technical documents to editorial narratives and short-form digital content.
  • Encourage innovation, particularly in AI-driven content creation and digital-first storytelling.
